Apple Bircher Muesil

Ingredients

  • 1 gala apple, unpeeled and cored

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup apple juice

  • 150 g HapiSoy Soy Yoghurt (1 tub)

  • a pinch of cinnamon

Method

  1. Cut the apple into quarters and coarsely grate.

  2. Combine the apple with the rolled oats, apple juice, soy yoghurt and cinnamon.

  3. Cover and place in the fridge to soak overnight,

  4. Enjoy in the morning!
