Apple Bircher Muesil


  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • juice of 2 oranges

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup or to taste

  • 1 eating apple, unpeeled and coarsely grated

  • 1 eating pear, unpeeled and coarsely grated

  • 75g chopped nuts

  • 1 cup HapiSoy plant-based yoghurt

  • sliced strawberries


Mix all ingredients, except strawberries, and leave it to stand for at least 1 hour to overnight.  Just before serving, stir in strawberries and more yoghurt.
