Apple Cake Recipe - Hapisoy

Apple Cake


  • 1 jar HapiSoy Sweetened Condensed Soy Milk

  • 75 g Sunflower oil

  • 2 cups – Self raising flour

  • 1/2 tsp - Baking powder

  • 1 tsp Orgran egg replacer

  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp - Vanilla essence

  • 1/4 cup of Soy Milk

  • 4 medium sized apples (chopped finely)


  1. Preheat the oven to 1700 C and line a baking sheet in a loaf mould.

  2. Beat the oil and sweetened condensed soy milk until they turn creamy.

  3. Meanwhile, sift the flour, cinnamon, egg replacer and baking powder. Keep aside.

  4. Add the sifted flour, vanilla essence and chopped apple chunks to the wet ingredients.

  5. Gradually add the soy milk and mix everything well with a spatula until everything gets well mixed. Don't overmix.

  6. Pour the cake batter into the already prepared loaf mould and bake in the middle rack for 40-50 minutes or until the skewers inserted come out clean.
