Banana Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of oats (soaked for an hour or overnight in 1/2 cup of soy milk)

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1/2 cup HapiSoy’s Natural Soy Yoghurt

  • 1/4 tsp of cinnamon 

  • 1 tbsp HapiSoy’s Sweetened Condensed Soy Milk

  • 1/2 cup of ice

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into blender and wizz until smooth

  2. Pour into glass and enjoy!
