Banana Oat Smoothie
Ingredients

1/4 cup of oats (soaked for an hour or overnight in 1/2 cup of soy milk)

1 medium banana

1/2 cup HapiSoy’s Natural Soy Yoghurt

1/4 tsp of cinnamon

1 tbsp HapiSoy’s Sweetened Condensed Soy Milk

1/2 cup of ice
Method

Put all ingredients into blender and wizz until smooth

Pour into glass and enjoy!
