Chewy Cardamon Toffees


  • 375g (1 jar) HapiSoy Sweetened Condensed Soy Milk

  • 1 tsp ground cardamom


  1. Line a tray with baking paper.

  2. In a pan, heat HapiSoy Sweetened Condensed Soy Milk with the cardamom on a medium heat.

  3. Stir constantly using a wooden spoon until the mixture turns into one caramelised ball.

  4. Place the mixture over the parchment paper and knead until warm.

  5. Divide into 4 portions and roll each into a finger, roughly 1 inch in diameter.

  6. Cut the fingers into 1 inch cubes using a greased knife or scissors.

  7. Allow to completely cool before wrapping with cling wrap or serve immediately.
