Chewy Cardamon Toffees
Ingredients

375g (1 jar) HapiSoy Sweetened Condensed Soy Milk

1 tsp ground cardamom
Method

Line a tray with baking paper.

In a pan, heat HapiSoy Sweetened Condensed Soy Milk with the cardamom on a medium heat.

Stir constantly using a wooden spoon until the mixture turns into one caramelised ball.

Place the mixture over the parchment paper and knead until warm.

Divide into 4 portions and roll each into a finger, roughly 1 inch in diameter.

Cut the fingers into 1 inch cubes using a greased knife or scissors.

Allow to completely cool before wrapping with cling wrap or serve immediately.
