Choc-Mint Bliss Balls
Ingredients
Base

200 g - HapiSoy Sweetened Condensed Soy Milk

600 g - oat crumble*

2/3 cup - cocoa powder

1+1/3 cup - dessicated coconut

2 tsp - peppermint extract

2 Tbsp - soy milk
Method

Mix all ingredients until well combined.

Form into bliss ball and cover with dessicated coconut.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
* Oat Crumble

200 g plain flour

185 g sunflower oil
-
375 g rolled oats

150 g firmly packed brown sugar

Combine. Bake in oven at 150C for 40 mins until golden brown. When cooled, ground roughly in food processor.
