Choc-Mint Bliss Balls

Ingredients

Base

  • 200 g - HapiSoy Sweetened Condensed Soy Milk

  • 600 g - oat crumble*

  • 2/3 cup - cocoa powder

  • 1+1/3 cup - dessicated coconut

  • 2 tsp - peppermint extract

  • 2 Tbsp - soy milk

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients until well combined.

  2. Form into bliss ball and cover with dessicated coconut.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set. 

* Oat Crumble

  • 200 g plain flour

  • 185 g sunflower oil

  • 375 g rolled oats

  • 150 g firmly packed brown sugar

  • Combine.  Bake in oven at 150C for 40 mins until golden brown.​  When cooled, ground roughly in food processor.
