Chocolate Truffles


  • 1 packet Marie biscuits, crushed

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

  • 375g Hapisoy Sweetened Condensed Soy Milk

  • 1/2 cup cocoa

  • Choice of coconut, crushed nuts, cocoa powder, etc. for coating


  1. Mix all the ingredients apart from the coating in a bowl

  2. Roll mixture into small balls

  3. Roll balls into the coating of choice and place on a tray

  4. Refrigerate for one hour then serve
