Decadent Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 400g dairy free dark or milk chocolate, broken into pieces

  • 1cup HapiSoy Sweetened Condensed Soy Milk

  • 45ml vegetable oil

  • cocoa powder for dusting

Method

  1. Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper

  2. Put the chocolate, condensed milk and vegetable oil in a saucepan

  3. Stir continuously over a low heat or until smooth and glossy

  4. Pour mixture into the prepared cake tray

  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set

  6. Dust cocoa powder over and slice into cubes before serving
