Decadent Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients

400g dairy free dark or milk chocolate, broken into pieces

1cup HapiSoy Sweetened Condensed Soy Milk

45ml vegetable oil

cocoa powder for dusting
Method

Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper

Put the chocolate, condensed milk and vegetable oil in a saucepan

Stir continuously over a low heat or until smooth and glossy

Pour mixture into the prepared cake tray

Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set

Dust cocoa powder over and slice into cubes before serving
