DELIVERY ORDERS

HapiSoy Yoghurts

Delivery is only be available to METRO MELBOURNE. This is due to the fragility of the yoghurts and their need to be chilled.

  • Delivery Fee - Free delivery for orders over $40

  • Friday 9am-3pm delivery to residential address' only. For selected Melbourne Metro suburbs.

  • If ordered before Wednesday 5pm products will be delivered on the Friday between 9am and 3pm

 

Note: Please leave a cool food insulation bag or cool box Esky for us to store your yoghurts.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS ONLY

Orders are usually shipped by Australia Post's trackable Parcel Post, unless otherwise stated, and require a signature on delivery.

Shipping & handling is calculated on the cost and weight of your order.

Standard Post can be selected. 

DELIVERY FOR VICTORIA

Delivery Fee - $8 Flat Fee for orders under $40, Free delivery for orders over $40

DELIVERY FOR ALL OTHER AUSTRALIAN STATES & TERRITORIES

Delivery Fee - Standard Order - $12.20 (500g to 1kg), $15.35 (1kg to 3kg) and $18.50 (3kg to 5kg)

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Our refund and return policy is in line with the 'Consumer Rights & Guarantees' as set out by the Australia Competition & Consumer Commission.

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us at info@hapisoy.com within 30 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.

If you prefer an alternative to a refund we can arrange for goods to be exchanged.  A credit to be used on other HapiSoy products may be offered at our discretion.

Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind.

GOODS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

HapiSoy will, at our discretion, replace or offer a credit for goods damaged in transit.

All packaging materials and the box/satchel must be kept and you may be asked to lodge a complaint with Australia Post, if applicable.

Photographic evidence of the damage may be required and the goods may need be returned for examination.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders placed by email, telephone or via our website may be cancelled prior to the order being shipped, however, this may entail a cancellation fee to cover the cost of any transaction fees and time required to complete any refund.
