Malsala Chai Recipe - Hapisoy

Malsala Chai


  • 500 g (2 cups) Soy Milk

  • 30g (1 Tbsp) HapiSoy sweetened condensed soy milk 

  • 10g (2 tsp) macerated fresh ginger

  • 2 black tea bags


  1. In a small saucepan, combine the macerated ginger with soy milk, tea and sweetened condensed soy milk

  2. Heat slowly until just at boiling point

  3. Remove the ginger and tea bags

  4. Pour into 2 cups and enjoy this warm and fulfilling tea
