Malsala Chai
Ingredients

500 g (2 cups) Soy Milk

30g (1 Tbsp) HapiSoy sweetened condensed soy milk

10g (2 tsp) macerated fresh ginger

2 black tea bags
Method

In a small saucepan, combine the macerated ginger with soy milk, tea and sweetened condensed soy milk

Heat slowly until just at boiling point

Remove the ginger and tea bags
-
Pour into 2 cups and enjoy this warm and fulfilling tea
