Peppermint Crisp Slice


  • 375g (1 jar) HapiSoy Sweetened Condensed Soy Milk

  • 1 packet Marie biscuits, crushed

  • 2 Peppermint Crisp bars, crushed

  • 200g dark chocolate

  • 1 Peppermint Crisp bar, crushed for decoration


  1. Combine HapiSoy Sweetened Condensed Soy Milk, Marie biscuits and the Peppermint Crisps together

  2. Press into a lined tray and place in the fridge to set

  3. Melt the chocolate on a heatproof bowl over a pot of boiling water until smooth

  4. When the rest of the mixture is set, pour the dark chocolate over the top and smooth it out

  5. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Peppermint Crisp on top of the melted chocolate

  6. Place in the fridge until set and serve in slices
