Peppermint Log Recipe - Hapisoy

Peppermint Log


  • 375g (1 jar) HapiSoy Sweetened Condensed Soy Milk

  • 1 packet Marie biscuits, crushed

  • 200g peppermint chocolate, chopped into pieces

  • 75g oil (or 100g melted butter)

  • 200g glacé cherries, chopped into pieces

  • Desiccated coconut to sprinkle on top


  1. Combine all the ingredients together

  2. Press into a greased tin 

  3. Sprinkle coconut on top of the slice

  4. Refrigerate until set and serve in slices
