Vegan Buttercream Frosting 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup - vegan butter at room temperature 

  • 3 cups - icing sugar

  • 2 tsp – soy milk

  • 3/4 tsp - vanilla extract

Method

  1. Place all ingredients and mix with a mixer.

  2. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

  3. Let it sit at room temperature to soften before frosting.
