Yoghurt Herb Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh basil

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 3 Tbsp roasted pine nuts

  • 1/2 tsp iodised salt

  • 2 Tbsp of olive oil

  • 1 cup Hapisoy's Soy Yoghurt or any another dairy-free yoghurt

Method

  1. Blend together basil, garlic, pine nuts, salt and olive oil to make a sauce

  2. Add to yoghurt 2 tsp of the basil sauce (store extra sauce in a jar in the refrigerator)

  3. Serve dip with bread, crackers or vegetables of your choosing (or try in on top of our Hearty Autumn Soup)
