Yoghurt Herb Dip
Ingredients

1 cup fresh basil

2 garlic cloves

3 Tbsp roasted pine nuts

1/2 tsp iodised salt

2 Tbsp of olive oil

1 cup Hapisoy's Soy Yoghurt or any another dairy-free yoghurt
Method

Blend together basil, garlic, pine nuts, salt and olive oil to make a sauce

Add to yoghurt 2 tsp of the basil sauce (store extra sauce in a jar in the refrigerator)

Serve dip with bread, crackers or vegetables of your choosing (or try in on top of our Hearty Autumn Soup)
