Yummy Nutty Slice
Ingredients
Base

2 cups digestive biscuits, crushed

60ml vegetable oil (or 80g melted butter)
Topping

375g (1 jar) HapiSoy Sweetened Condensed Soy Milk

1 cup macadamia nuts

1 1/2 cups chocolate pieces of choice

1/2 cup butterscotch lollies, crushed into small pieces

1 cup shredded coconut

1 cup flaked almonds
Method

Preheat oven to 180ºc and grease and line a 20 x 30cm tray

Combine the base ingredients, mixing well, then press into the greased and lined tray

Set aside flaked almonds and mix the rest of the ingredients all together until well incorporated

Spread the mixture on top of the base in the tray and sprinkle almond flakes to top

Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top turns golden brown

Allow to cool in the pan, then slice and serve
